Cleveland Square, Bayswater

This 1950s house built on a bomb site in the Bayswater Conservation Area required complete renovation.

We also gave the house a new roof terrace with integrated storage / bench seating, accessed by a sliding roof light and new stair.

Our work included the rearrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors, the installation of a new kitchen on the ground floor and a new wine cellar and utility / store / workshop in the basement.

The house was completely rewired, fitted with a new heating system, and had its windows replaced.
