In this example, we carried out a feasibility study to assess the viability of adding further accommodation to the rooftop of a period building near Covent Garden.

The existing building provided considerable challenges due to its context and the long term leases to the commercial and residential user below. We provided a detailed assessment of options for two additional storeys of residential penthouses, whilst coordinating and integrating input from engineers, planning and building regulation consultants.
