Square Feet Architects were asked by the owner of this small fabric and cigar warehouse to investigate the development opportunities of the property situated in a tight urban site.

The clients prime consideration was to maximise the value of the site therefore we looked at various options including one for six new flats whilst retaining an existing commercial unit.
