We were asked by the same developers we are working with on Willow Road to review the development opportunities of a site and the previously drafted proposals.

We developed a scheme that produced residential accommodation that was more appealing to the planners and to prospective purchasers, and was cheaper and quicker to build.

This transformed the property into two highly saleable units — one large six bedroom family dwelling, and a self contained ‘granny’ flat.
