We were asked by a hotelier to carry out a feasibility study to add penthouses suites above this boutique hotel overlooking Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium.

We designed a selection of penthouse suites that provided a higher level of luxury with interconnecting sleeping areas and entertaining spaces leading onto terraces on both facades.

We were also engaged to produce designs for a new flexible conference suite and entertainment areas, plus other back-of-house staff and catering facilities.

These designs are currently being developed towards realisation.
