Square Feet Architects were approached by a developer who has purchased this Grade II listed disused theatre, to assess the options available for its development / refurbishment.
We consulted with the statutory authorities and put together draft development appraisals on options. The favoured mixed-use included apartments, an Asian arts cinema and cabaret venue within the existing envelope whilst retaining and protecting the ornate interior.
