Regents Road, Primrose Hill, London NW3

We were asked to investigate the options of providing more space for a family living in their ground floor apartment adjacent to Primrose Hill Park, located in a Conservation Area.

In the first phase of the project we created a new ‘garden room’ pavilion carefully integrated within their re landscaped 100ft garden. It is used as an occasional guest bedroom and home office and offers an en-suite shower room.

Clad in Welsh slate it has along one façade a fully retractable sliding glass door, blurring the boundary between inside and out.

It is a wonderful place to work, or just hang out throughout the year whilst experiencing the changing seasons.
