Square Feet Architects were approached by a developer who had purchased this Grade II Listed disused theatre, to assess the options available for its development / refurbishment.

We consulted with the statutory authorities and specialist cost consultants to put together a development appraisal on various options.

The favoured optimum approach was a mixed-use solution, which included apartments, an Asian Arts Cinema and Cabaret Venue within the existing envelope whilst retaining and protecting the ornate interior.
