Up & Over House, London

We are often asked by clients to look at unusual sites.

This is a ‘site’ to the side and above of a typical London early Victorian villa where we have managed to design a cunning maisonette complete with double height living space, terrace and retractable glazed roof.

We have worked closely with daylighting specialists, planners and neighbours to achieve a design to meet a difficult set of constraints whilst creating a beautiful place to live. Something from nothing, perhaps.
