A contemporary palette of materials, clean architectural lines and thoughtful detailing establish a distinctive yet contextual design, while environmental considerations inform the building's orientation, natural light, energy performance and long-term sustainability.
Alongside the new-build proposals, designs are also being developed for an existing building on the site, exploring opportunities to enhance and integrate the wider development.
