There is always a point in every project where months of planning, detailing and construction begin to come together. Our new homes in Totteridge, North London have reached that exciting stage – we're now firmly on the home straight.

Over the past year, these houses have evolved from drawings and site surveys into beautifully crafted homes. With the external envelope complete and the interiors rapidly taking shape, the focus has shifted to the finishes that transform a building into a place to live.

Every project reminds us that good architecture is not just about the big ideas. It is found in the careful alignment of materials, the quality of natural light entering a room, the proportions of a staircase, and the craftsmanship behind every junction and detail. Those final weeks on site are often when the design vision becomes most tangible.

Designed to sit comfortably within the established character of Totteridge, the homes combine timeless materials with contemporary living. Sustainability, energy efficiency and longevity have been central to the design from the outset, creating homes that are as practical as they are elegant. Across the project, close collaboration with our client, consultants and contractors has ensured that quality has remained at the heart of every decision.

As we move towards completion, landscaping is beginning to soften the site and the final internal finishes are being installed. It's immensely rewarding to see years of work nearing fruition, and we're looking forward to sharing the completed homes in the coming weeks.
